CONDITIONS OF USE
Wood Mackenzie Limited ("Wood Mac") may use your contact details and the information and data contained on your "Preferences" or "User Profile" page for the reasons set out below.
1. Wood Mac may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic area ("EEA") to members of the Wood Mac group operating in countries outside the EEA for the purposes set out in Wood Mac's Data Protection and Privacy Policy. You should read the Data Protection and Privacy Policy before proceeding. In addition, Wood Mac's servers are currently located in the United States and therefore your personal data will be transferred and held on the servers located outside the EEA. By ticking the "Accept" box on Wood Mac's Site, you are agreeing to these Conditions of Use and consenting to the transfer and storage of your personal data outside the EEA as stated herein. Please note that if you do not agree to these Conditions of Use, Wood Mac will not be able to store your information and therefore will not be able to provide you access to the Site.

Wood Mac may use your contact details to let you know about enhancements or changes to its website (the "Site") or to your subscription entitlements (including in relation to online reports and news letters). Wood Mac may also use your contact details for future e-mail mailings about those areas of interest that you identified in your Preferences or User Profile page and in relation to any changes or enhancements to the products or services it offers, including in relation to any new products or services or any changes to the support it offers. By ticking the "Accept" box on Wood Mac's Site, you are agreeing to these Conditions of Use, and consenting to use of your personal details and information by Wood Mac as set out in this paragraph.
3. Wood Mac may use cookies to store your contact details and passwords to allow it to identify whether you have registered to use certain parts of the Site and to make your access to the Site quicker. If you wish at any time to prevent Wood Mac storing or accessing information held by cookies, then you may, if so permitted by your employer or the person who owns the hardware which you use to access the Site, switch off such access through your browser.
